WANDERING SOUNDS: JEB TAYLOR

If you don’t know his name—you definitely know his story. Jeb is the local legend who is a co-founder of Music Farmers, and Farmer and the Owl—the awesome record label backing acts such as BAD//DREEMS, Hockey Dad, Towns, Moaning Lisa, Tropical Strength and many more. To say Jeb is a pillar in the local music community is an understatement, so of course we were interested to hear what music he’s been loving lately.

As well as being one of the integral parts of our town, and a forger of important community spaces, he’s also a super lovely guy who is great for a chat. He loves talking anything music and beyond—and has plenty of interesting stories from his time visiting record stores around the globe. You can read about his journeys here, too! “Here are a bunch of songs I’ve been into over the last month or two, some are off records that have come through the shop in recent times including recent releases, reissues and classic restocks while others are on records that I found on a record digging trip I did across USA and Japan in May”.
